Terms and Conditions

GARAGE
1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of vehicle repair and maintenance services (“Services”) by 7 Force Garage (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to you (“the Customer”).
1.2. By instructing us to carry out work on your vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Estimates and Quotations
2.1. We will provide you with an estimate or quotation for the Services before commencing work. Estimates are subject to change if additional work is required, which we will discuss with you.
2.2. Quotations are valid for 5 days from the date of issue.
2.3. Estimates and quotations are based on our assessment of the vehicle at the time of inspection and may not cover unforeseen issues.
3. Payment
3.1. Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
3.3. We reserve the right to retain your vehicle until full payment is received.
4. Labour and Parts
4.1. We will carry out the Services with reasonable care and skill.
4.2. We will use parts that are of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
4.3. We offer a warranty on our labour and parts for 6 months subject to fair wear and tear. This warranty does not cover: * Damage caused by misuse or neglect. * Parts supplied by the Customer. * Consequential loss.
4.4. If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights concerning faulty goods and services. These rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions.
5. Vehicle Storage
5.1. We will take reasonable care of your vehicle while it is in our possession.
5.2. We reserve the right to charge a storage fee if your vehicle is not collected within 24 hours of completion of the Services.
5.3. Vehicles left on the premises at the customer’s own risk, outside of normal working hours.
6. Customer Responsibilities
6.1. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and its condition.
6.2. You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle is insured while it is in our possession.
6.3. You are responsible for collecting your vehicle promptly upon completion of the Services.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
7.2. Our liability for any direct loss or damage shall be limited to the cost of the Services.
7.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
7.4. We are not liable for items left in vehicles.
8. Data Protection
8.1. We will process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
9. Consumer Rights
9.1. If you are a consumer, you have certain statutory rights regarding faulty goods and services. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
9.2. You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of entering into it, provided that the Services have not commenced. If the services have begun with your consent then you will be liable for the services provided up to the cancellation point.
10. Disputes
10.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues. If we are unable to resolve the issue, you may refer it to a relevant trade association or alternative dispute resolution service.
11. General
11.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and you.
11.2. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
11.3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
